Mark Jordan, is a nationally respected golf industry executive whose 43‑year career spans club and course operations and golf industry association governance. After 36 years at Westfield Country Club—serving as Golf Course Superintendent, Club Manager, General Manager, and Director of Golf Course Operations. Mark retired in December of 2024 and transitioned his expertise into strategic consulting and player development initiatives.
Mark helped launched the Ohio Collegiate Golf Tour, LLC, developmental tour designed to support collegiate golfers through player development, friendly competition, and career pathway opportunities. The Tour reflects his long-standing passion for mentorship, professional development, and strengthening the future of the game.
He is also the founder of Jordan Golf Advisory Services, LLC, specializing in risk management assessments, safety program development, best management practices, and long‑range capital planning for golf facilities. His work is known for its clarity, structure, and commitment to elevating operational excellence across the industry.
Mark’s industry leadership includes service as President of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), and the Northern Ohio Golf Course Superintendents Association (NOGCSA). His contributions have been recognized with multiple honors, including The Ohio State University Crop & Horticultural Science Distinguished Alumni Award and the Northern Ohio GCSA Mal McLaren Award. He currently serves several golf industry boards and initiatives.
Driven by stewardship, professionalism, and a deep commitment to growing the game, Mark continues to shape the next generation of golf leaders through the Ohio Collegiate Golf Tour.
Adam Michel brings a powerful blend of competitive playing experience, coaching expertise, and player‑focused leadership to the Ohio Collegiate Golf Tour. As Director of Player Development & Tour Operations, Adam oversees tournament execution, player engagement, and competitive standards across all OCGT events, ensuring every tournament reflects the Tour’s commitment to excellence.
Before joining OCGT, Adam served as the Head Coach of the Cloverleaf High School Girls Golf Team, where he helped guide one of the region’s most consistently successful programs including a trip to the Ohio High School Athletic Association’s State Championship in 2016. He later advanced to the collegiate level as a Women’s Golf Assistant Coach at Ashland University, contributing to player development, recruiting, and competitive preparation within an NCAA Division II program. In just three years, he helped the team punch their ticket to the National Championship in 2024.
Known for his clear communication, calm leadership, and ability to connect with players, Adam creates an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. His passion for mentorship and competitive development aligns directly with the Tour’s mission to elevate collegiate golfers and expand pathways into the golf industry.
Adam’s energy, professionalism, and dedication to growing the game make him an essential part of the OCGT leadership team.
